Solution for the medalions issues

Hello dear players. I am crossrealmer i have 4 destro characters and 4 order. I play all of them depends on situation. Last few days show me: that i am not alone:D
Saw such numbers at server population window: 70% for destruction and 30% for order. (This happen few days ago for order as well.) Result: zerging, wipe cos of future imbalance etc... I didnt create this topic to talk why we have such problems, i made it to show you possible solution for this issue.
We all know if DEVs will add delay timer for switching realms its will work only for few days cos pro-xrealmers always will be able to create new acount. So my point is: Dont allow players to join the same realm, if the population of that realm is very high. Lets say 5% bigger then other.... Yes its some kind of forced gameplay, but this solution will provide perfect balance and some rage as well cos small amount of players will not be able to choose the realm they want to play. You can split it on tiers as well for better results. Fighting against double acounts will be needed as well. Smart people will understand why^.

2 servers with server allegiance

cant do it cause of pop size though

No the only solution is to create ingame incentives to stay on your faction

For example - i play Order here, from start, though i have a few lvl 1 dessie chars, so - my faction is have 60%, and Destruction have 50% - and now i can't log in after work as my main char, cause my realm is have more ppl, than other. What should i do?

After a hard day of life and im in the mood to play my choppa i dont want to be like well **** looks like i have to play my ib or something insted cause its 60%-40%

let us play what we want to play; create ingame incentives to play and stay on your faction even vs zerg

Why not make quests that give Medals?
That would solve the medal issue

This is an argument I hear all the time. Solution; allow people to log into their overpopulad realm, with a warning that you wont be able to fight in PvP; turning you into a chicken upon entering. This way, you can still level your character in PvE, which is just as fast as scenarios and keep takes. You will also find more people on your realm to group up and grind XP with in whatever range is most convenient for your rank this way.

Leveling through PvE might be tedious, so how about we add monster kill quests as we have in PvP; rewarding 20k xp and 75 silver for every 150 kills. This way, your group can also take a break, hand in quests, get more xp, and get back to PvE grinding. Also, another idea to encourage influence groups in PvE; Influence quests that work the same way. Let's say 3k per 150 kills; this way you can get your influence rewards if you wish to pursue them for appearance.

why should we punished just because we want to play our faction?

i mean really? get chicked if you want to rvr?

I think the difference should be flexible if this was the case, maybe 15% variance. If the server were capped at 750 players, that leaves 400 on the over populated realm and 350 on the under populated realm, which accounts for under leveled players. maybe even 20%.

The risk of having a tight variance is that it almost forces people to xrealm.

I think with a reasonable 15-20% variance and a realm swap timer, would be enough to make a second account not worth the effort for most, but still work to balance population issues.
