Sometimes you just get bad luck with the internet gods. Last guy I took an hour or so with, we never did end up fixing his problems with a config change on his end. He ended up changing ISP's before it let him connect.

I can't even get to the more interesting bugs and glitches, 'cause the launcher seems to have no interest in what the server has going on.

Me too, I have exactly the same prob. All permissions to full control etc. but the game won't launch?

It's gonna suck if I have to change ISP to play this game during peak times. It worked fine today, but now, nothing. Wish there was a manual way to launch the client after connecting with the Launcher because of timeouts.



That is all i see after pressing connect, even though 3 hours earlier it connected fine 3 times in a row to the client.
What I don't understand is that i have reasonably good ping in any other MMO games, like GW2 or Borderlands2 ect.
I hope the Dev's found a solution yet. Really want to jam with you guys ^^

*Edit - I have also ran the Performance Counter Rebuilder and am running the VPN Shield as well, still nothing. I checked the War.exe is not in read only mode and that the RoR_launcher is in the same directory.

I, to add on to this, am having the exact same problem after it working fine for a while.

For me luncher don't work (gray lunch button, web server always red, login - yellow) on Win7 Pro 64, but work perfect on Win XP (I forgot to check if my XP is 32). Same file on same hard drive were lunch on both systems. On XP I dont use any VPN, on Win7 VPN doesn't help fix problem. I will try this on 3th system Win8 but first must get back my laptop.
PS. I also check game on my wife compter with Win7 Pro 64, and gust what... it work's fine
