If I remember correctly you gained additional mastery points every 10 RRs or something after RR40, didn't you? I can't remember exactly.
At RR40, 50, 60, and 70 specifically. Not RR80.

Ah ha! My memory doesn't fail me yet!
I always thought that a 5th tactic at RR80 would have been a worthwhile "prize" for hitting max (at the time) level.
