Close the server until it's ready

Ok so this is my suggestion close the server and invest in fixing the bugs and etc,really now you waste money hosting a game that's full of bugs yes i understand it's an emulator but close the game for 1 week let's say focus hard on fixing some of the bugs and open it again,i'm suggesting this because i really like the game and i wish playing it smoothly.

And the suggestion is based on my little experience on the srv i am lv 4 and i did it more grinding than making quests because the map tracking it's bugged showing you the area at the beginning of the game the rally masters won't give you the items based on your influence,the public quests are bugged i reach stage 2 and after 1 min it fails and etc...

And please don't hold a grudge against me doing what i say might help you alot.

and id didnt need to grind till lvl 6 theres enaugh of quests working to lvl maybe reed the questtext to know where to go

this game is still Alpha state, there are some People who already enjoy it. All other need to wait till we reach a level where they can enjoy it to. for some the level need to be higher for others not. So i think a running Server is a good thing because everybody can start when he think it is ok for him.

Ok so this is my suggestion. Go to your harddrive -select your war-folder and delete it. Come back in some years and dont annoy those who have fun with stupid postings like this...

And please don't hold a grudge against me doing what i say might help you alot.

nalgol 7 years? you consider that the dev team is so bad that they can't fix the game perfectly until let's say rank 10? hosting require money,the money you use i am sure they come from your purse,those money you use for hosting u can use them for better equipment helping you developing the game faster,atleast make a donate option so players can help you with a little funding me i would gladly donate if this will help you making the game better, and fairulez this game is still in alpha state yea i understand that and yes i saw people who enjoy it but i am almost lv 5 and i am still walking with the equipment i got when i created the character with only boots and belt got from a quest i managed to complete reading the quest description carefully.

you join the server...you play 4 lvls you don t have any idea about running such a sever...and your first posting is about closing the server...

the dev team is all volunteers, thye aren't getting paid for this and doing it in their spare time. so, it's either enjoy it as it develops or don't and wait and see.

Don't need no stinking PvE quests to PvP, which is what WAR is about at it's core. War is one of the only games out there where you can actually level through PvP and completely skip the PvE **** if you want.

Anyway, as I understand it, we technically have one dev: Max who is the only person who has access to his private server. All the other dev's just send him their fixes and he has to stitch them into the game on the PS. It's not like they are all able to meet up in a room and code **** together like a gaming company would... That's not about the "dev team" being 'bad' its about the reality of a few, likely non-professional, coders doing this around their real jobs, real lives, and real schedules.

I think it's a bit of a moot point anyway, if Max or whomever else, wants to spend their money on hosting a server for the unfinished game, that is their choice. The rest of us have the choice of playing the unfinished game or not.
