Eye shot

The debate about range knock downs never ends..some want it mirrored to destro and some want it removed, 1 thing that everyone can agree on is how powerful a 65ft(or near 100ft with tactic) kd is.
I have seen a good few times sw's using rkd then fester arrow with m2 for near 1 shots, something that is near impossible to counter especially when the sw is not in view, be it behind you or to the side.

The fix or improvement has been mentioned before and i know the devs are aware of this suggestion but i feel as its still a problem which will continue to have the same impact going into t4 why not do something about it ? rkd - zerg runs you over, as bad as mara pull to zerg tactic.

Proposed change - Using eye shot from the side or rear will still damage and debuff ini but will no longer knock target down, only using eye shot from the front will knock the target down, after all "eye shot", we dont have eyes in the back of our heads.
This will have no impact on the survivability of the sw as eye shot will still be able to be used on that melle pushing to you or the rdps targeting you but will stop the bs rkd - zerg runs you over tactic, and by chance you fail to hit your target from the front you only have to wait 20 secs to try again.

Eyeshot immediatly hits, that and the gcd gives you more than 3s to find the sw and detaunt him after the kd wore off.
Easy.

Nerfing sw should result in nerfing sh aswell. Both dont seem op.

sw>sh, am> shami, engi> magus, bw > sorc ORDER BIASED NERF PLOX

just make it 3 sec cast time when u have to be stationary. for core ability with 20 AP cost that can kd target for 3 sec from 90ft it sounds ok.

and as long as this is no 1v1 game we do not need to even argue about SW solo play affected by this change

@silverwf, im not speaking about gobbos only.

@Nanji, rkd - zerg runs you over. about rkd - fester m2, like i said if the sw attacks from somewhere behind that you cannot see and have an offensive target targeted the way in which you target the sw is by the next attack on you which would be the 1 shot from fester arrow.

Also pls...this aint order biased blah blah, its 1 skill that anyone with half a brain can see how powerful it is.

These kind of threads follow a simple algorithm.

1. take a skill you hate
2. come up with a random situation/scenario where this skill can be used at great effect
3. describe your inability to deal with it under very specific conditions
4. ask for nerf
inactive on forums to avoid final ban

class imbalance = l2p issue
