Repeatable Consignment Set Quests.

I have noticed a lot of players making a fuss from losing armour pieces, while devastator armour is something you can buy back, The quests to receive Stalker and Traker gear is not. I think if you make these quests repeatable, players will be able tp recover lost armour, or have a second set for changing specs.

We can discuss internally making the hero portion of these quests repeatable, but to prevent them from being used to farm fragments, we'll also have to make some minor, temporary adjustments.

At this time, there is no way to make a vendor only sell items that you have previously unlocked.
