I think many people care about make their characters looks good and looks badass
And some people miss their good looks characters at live server
But T4 is far
and T1 Dwarf , Elf lair is blocked for 12 rank over characters and that helm and weapons not tradable
thats mean "Cant get that anymore"
Cant find way for make my character looks better
So i think its good plan for dev, for user everybody happy christmas
