ofc there is no perfect queue system but as far as my poor knowledge goes, there can be leechers aswell right now. Soeone can log a smurf char to flood queues with heals or dps only. that depend from single person and a queue system reduce it by good amount

The scenario manager has always tried to prioritize getting groups into queues. In this situation, it detects too much DPS - so it will attempt to match healers first, and then tanks. If neither can be matched, you'll get a DPS in most cases. The only cases where bad matches are outright blocked are when attempting to start a scenario with only solo players and when attempting to fill slots with solo players in an existing scenario. This is because in these cases it is efficient to prevent further additions. I see the value of this balancing, but it has negatively impacted queue times. I am ranking up a slayer, and usually can´t find a group, because i am not yet r32. For a pug, there used to be a scenario pop in every 8-10 mins, now I wait 40-45 mins. Its a pvp game, where fighting is the fun, and I do not want to power farm myself to r32 to have a chance getting into a group. Not to mention of course, the group will not be too happy with my damage numbers, because I do not have the gear yet. I feel like this balancing made the system worse. Its still more fun jumping into a scenario, and lose terribly, then farming some PVE area, waiting 40 mins for a pop.

well archetype queuing ALWAYS favors healers and tanks in any mmo. Perhaps it incentivices people to play a healer or tank instead of a dd 
im not sure but could it be the new system already accounts how many people are queued? yesterday for some time it didnt match archtypes at all? or did you turn it off aza yesterday after some time?

It wasn't disabled - as I said before, if it has nothing to work with, it will still push bad matches into a scenario to keep things popping.

I find it strange, but for now two days, even at "prime time", I wait 30-45 mins for a scenario. A few days back, it was into a scenario, wipe or get wiped (just kidding), then join next one, jump in next one usually in less then a minute. I would also like to mention, that imo scenarios are the best place to learn someone´s carrier, that´s why a frequent pop would be necessary.

Played 5 scenarios, paying attention to the sc group balance. Haven't seen one even near balanced, 1 healer vs 4, etc. But waiting annoys me to no end.
