Hallo fellas.
my suggestion of the day would be the following:
For ALL scenarios (indipendently of number of people) there should be a "role table" which means, a predetermined numbers of roles in that scenario.
For example
A 10 man scenario could be setted to contain 3 healers, 5DPS and 2 tanks. this would solve a lot of scenario unbalance in these days, beause sometimes you enter (either side) a scenario where there are all dps or maybe all healers /caster etc... making the game unplayable and frustrating.
With some role setting , you will be sure to play "fair" always because you will know that other team got the same situation as yours and in that case the result would be a enjoyable scenario.

To difficult to do and would really limit queues as most people queue with premades. You are asking a lot and a huge coding change. Lets work on first giving level 32's there own SC's so lower levels dont get farmed. My suggestion would be 22-31 for there own SC's and then 32s have there own.

with lvl32 for some time it had its own braket.

well you could do this (my suggestion) in tier 4 only (scenarios with level 40 only) to not force dev die every tier in scripting.
i know is something heavy but think about community endless complains concerning uque times and scenario settings... and for premade just make matchmaking to make em ecounter only other premades no>?
