Realm Forums

Not a super massive change. Also, not something that is super urgent.

It would be nice if each realm had a forum to talk strictly to their realm and not just about guilds. It would probably help get some realm coordination as well. There would be no way to enforce which realm you're on but I'm sure the community respects boundaries enough to not cause grief in eachothers forums, unlike in the game.

Since, I'm sure, 70% of users palying both sides, I don't think this will be useful...
