Flood control
Could you please introduce some form of flood control to avoid enemies/teammates spamming stupid emots thus flooding entire chat window?

Re: Flood control
It's probably possible; to my knowledge there was recently an effort to remove emotes from macros. Might be a low priority though. As per The Rules:
This activity is not allowed. Report or PM a GM with a screenshot, and it will be taken care of.Chat and Player Interaction
The following are forbidden:
...Causing intentional disruption to the chat. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, spamming/flooding with or without a macro, excessive swearing and abuse of CAPS LOCK.

Great, didn't know I can report that. Now I cannot scroll chat back that much to print screen it. Any way to do it?

Re: Flood control
I recommend the AddOn TinyChat for saving longer chatlogs. You can always report it the next time it becomes an issue.vove wrote:Great, didn't know I can report that. Now I cannot scroll chat back that much to print screen it. Any way to do it?
Re: Flood control
I think back on live there was a cooldown for emotes to prevent spam. Can't remember how exactly it worked, but it was something like this: after 3-5 emotes in quick succession the game gave you an error message instead of further emotes that you must wait a short time (10-30s) before emoting again. If that's reasonable or even possible to implement is something for the devs to decide, but if it is, it would deal with spamming without disabling macro emotes for the players that like to fire off an emote in certain (combat) situations.
