There seems to be a delay when you're moving and casting Gork'll fix it where there is no delay when you're standing still. I'm not sure if it's intentional or not. I've only tested on Shaman but I'm sure the same will be for the Archmage unless order bias struck again. I like the change to the ability though. You could take it a bit further reducing the HoT to 2-3 seconds.
