Vendors in t2 keeps.

Hi, at the moment its impossible to take defended keeps as the vendors keep agroing they are level 41 which makes them 1 shot players below which is really unfair as you cant really fight if a npc that isnt the keep lord or its champions 1 shots you. Atleast can we get reduced level on them? Its supposed to be fun to attack keeps and defending keeps is now too easy cause the npc's up top does most of the work. THey get agroed when players of the oposite faction upstairs get aoed resulting in them wiping warbands.
