I don't think so but u can have a last name (after a space, next ur main one) for 5 gold at the capital

I also remember in another thread where this was asked, that one person's brought up that titles will become obsolete.

I believe names are hardcoded into the game, so players can't have or add an extra name upon the character creation.

I have seen a GM with spaces in his name, so I'm guessing it is a GM only thing?
