i noticed these NPC could work in Keeps..

Here, are some interesting NPC that I thought could be good used in Keeps, something different from the regular Elf guard...

Caledor Silverhelm, Imronel Greenwood

Or for event guys.. i like how they attack when enemies come, too

It'd be kinda cool to see area specific NPC gaurds. But I don't really see what that would provide other than aesthetics.
