Return influence gain for taking BOs.
Returning influence gain for taking bos would make T1 influence rewards available not only in the empire, but also in dwarf and elf zones (where nobody ever plays). And besides, there is really no incentive in taking bos in T1 except for moral satisfaction. I would really loved to see influence gains returned for taking bos (and maybe, throw in like 1 Recruit's medallion as well).
