clean up the groups window if possible

I noticed that when joining groups that are region pug-style wb's, it could be easier for players to form up groups.
- too many warbands of wrong tier/location are visible
- private wbs are visible

these things make it more time consuming and problematic to pvp gameplay. i often wondered if I could just /join while in a region. Or else filter out the warband of wrong tier, at least.

If the leader of the web is known you cab type /join "insert name" and as long as it is public this will allow you to join.
