I think I can help you out:

So, 13 Classic and 7 Objective, total of 20. With Nordenwatch (Capture the Flag) and Caledore Woods (King of the Hill) always in.

This suggests that these 7 are the 7 named objective scenarios.
This quote here for Azarael "Domination, Artifact and Tug of War scenarios only!" suggests these are the remaining groups for the 13 classic scenarios.
So, Classics, including scenarios of the Domination, Artifact and Tug of War Scenarios
I do not know the exact point allocations. I will try, over the next week to figure it out.
1. Nordenwatch: Classic, everyone knows this.
2. Doom Fist Crater: Similar to Maw of madness, but with center flag, cap and hold.
3. Maw of Maddness: Points for kills, more points for holding glyphs, even more points for kills while holding glyphs.
4. Gromril Crossing: The same as Battle for Praag, however the middle flag can reset if the base flag is captured by the team being spawn camped.
5. Battle For Praag: Points for kills and points granted for objectives, considerable increase in points gained if you can capture 4 or 5 flags.
6. Caledore Woods: Points for kills and more for holding the flag.
7. Gates of Erkrund: Significant points awarded for objectives, More so for the center objective, points also awarded for kills.
8. Reilkland Factory: Significant points awarded for holding the flags. A few points for kills.
9. Tor Anroc: Points awarded for kills more points awarded for holding the objective. Very few points, if none, awarded if objective is close to spawn.
10. Eternal Citidel: Points awarded for kills, plain and simple.
11. Morkain Temple: Points awarded for kills and for holding the objective and for killing while holding the objective. Very few points, if none, awarded if objective is close to spawn.

The 7 objective scenarios are listed above these award significantly less points, for example around 2 points for player kills and reward massive points, varying between 50 and 150 points. For example the middle Bridge cap in Pheonix Gate is worth 50 points while a flag cap is worth 125 I believe. While in Serpents Passage, the objective is worth 150.
