I lost 1 gold and a zealot cape in the mail transaction.

Is it bugged?!

Yes, items get lost in the mail. Lost 1 +10 Willpower ring, 2 +8 Willpower Rings and a Zealot cape in the mail a while back. Only reason I didn't rage was because the items were given to me by a player who left the game.
