If one is to compare the new +240 armour bonuses on light armour class sets, to any other bonus on any other class, they will find out this bonus is comparably inadequate. In terms of top level talismans, +240 armour is worth about 1.33333 of a an armour talisman. If we were to convert this to regular stats talismans, this armour bonus is worth 32 stats. This means it's downright bad when compared to any other bonus from any other set on the same level.
I perfectly understand the design philosophy behind not wanting to give light armour classes the same armour as medium classes. However, this already happens through lower armour values. The solution then is to simply give a +55 or +XX stat bonus instead if we don't want armour bonus on sets to compensate for this. The solution isn't to just give all light armour classes a badly balanced bonus. Indeed less armour isn't worth more on a low armour class, just because the class already has low armour. If anything it is an incentive to ignore armour stacking and go for toughness as a defensive stat instead; in which case armour is even less valued.
My suggestion would be to preferably replace the armour bonus with a flat stat bonus like other sets have or give the full armour bonus other classes receive (although I don't really like it, it still makes more sense from overall game balance perspective).
Light Armour - lower armour bonuses on new sets in a sense of overall game balance
