Instant rank 1 -> 40 Quest?

Can we have a quest that gives instant rank 40 please, for the following reasons:

- A lot of us spent years in T1, T2 and T3 when they were the highest levels. TBH i'd rather not go back there again just to level another character., I've seen and tested enough of those tiers and zones.
- Lower tiers can be boring. Slow sc pops, low population, slow XP gain
- Many classes dont have the necessary specs and builds to be competitive in PVP. Thus PvP can be frustrating.
- The game is about T4
- Grinding XP is insanely boring and not fun.
- Even live had an upwards bolster system so people could go straight into T4 action to play with friends and guildmates.
- There are so many classes that many people want to try in T4, but they cant because the leveling process is so bad.

That or implement some way of getting to T4 faster/more enjoyable please. The game starts in T4 and that is where most of us will spend 99.9% of our time on a character. Everything before it is kind of a waste of time.
