[ADDON] MoraleCircle 1.2.8 (Update: 01-06-20)

MoraleCircle 1.2.8
Re-wrote the whole Addon using less (about half) of the code and added more options
(Should not preduce anny errors in addon menu as well)

4 movable morale buttons with their own percentage display

Set the morales at anny location and scale them after your likeing

Shout out your morale status to your teammates in warband/party chat

Usage:
RightClick: Announce the current Percentage and cooldown on the morale in chat/party

QuickEdit:
While holding [Shift] you can quickly move/resize anny of the Morale Buttons:
Shift+LeftClick and drag to move the Morale Button
Shift+RightClick to popup the Opacity menu
Shift+Scroll Upp or Down to Scale the Button
Shift+MiddleClick (scroll Click) to reset the button to default value (both opacity and size)

*You can still move/resize/set opacity etc from the Layout Editor

Just a quickie: sometimes the % number will spaz out and be something ridiculous like 03434353525, does anyone else experience this?
