[ KOTBS ] 2H Changes

Hello.
First of all I ask the friends who treat the post with serenity and respect.

Chatting with many players on the order and even on the dest. we observe that there is a gap between Chosen and KOTBS, to become a KOTBS 2H that has a good return is increasingly difficult, since the direct damage in the armor is every day hands not effective.

- Mighty Soul -

Thinking about it the first option is to use the Mighty Soul tactic, which consits to the Path of Glory attacks spiritual damage. But in this Path the skills are very not effective, usable.

The suggestion is to test this tactic in the Path of Conquest and require 2H or no, need tests, where it is regularly used for DPS. Some swings in the damage of these skills may be necessary, but first a few tests should be done.

- Arcing Swing -

This skill requires 2H, she's really lacking with SnB. Maybe we can see it working without the need for 2H, do some testing and see if it works again well for a Tank.

kotbs really dont need any boost. there is gap between chosen and kotbs but chosen need love no kotbs :)

I don't agree that the SNB KOTBS is 'lacking', especially when one considers the plethora of abilities/utility at their disposal in general. 2H Arcing Swing requirement gives a sorta niche to playing as a 2h (along with faster KB CD).

KOTBS as it stands now is in a better position than Chosen is.

Tanks are not about damage, but the utility they bring into the fight.
I know 90% of tank players havent heard about this principle until now, but that doesnt make it untrue. Also, even if the Knight was the last tank on earth, i would not see a reason to buff him.

Should it come to pass a Kotbs is underperforming, it is the right thing to buff him. Luckily; this is currently not the case :)

Also additional damage is utility in and by itself. Forcing the enemy group to put pressure on you is the epitome of "tanking" against human players.

2 hander kotbs and chosen needs no love. Both are great in each way imho. Its a tank, not dmg dealer.

I am playing 2 hander male kotbs myself and i try to be as defensive as i can. Having 20 seconds cooldown on kick, no ea, no wounds debuff. No thanks :mrgreen:

Sorry I phrased that poorly (english is not my native language); what I meant is that simply going for max defense by default can be a possible waste, you only need as much defense as required for surviving your opposition.

I run dominator with str tallies, but put renown into parry and FS.

Oberhofer + elemental DMG + buff 2h kotbs would be amazing...

Kobs is like 10x better than Chosen.
People asking for a buff are delusional af.
