Make RvR PQ bag loot tradable for conq medalions

I know that there is already a use for that 5th Conq belt in a row which I just got (salvaging)

But i'd love to be able to trade it in for Conq medallions, even at a 50% cost ratio to get me closer to a full set

better still would be code to prevent duplicates until a full set is achieved, but i'm guessing that would be harder to code

The bags u already have a choice of medallions or item. U just want more ?

I guess so.
Maybe i'm just salty,
or maybe 5 conq medalions vs 95 conq medalions worth of duplicate conq pieces is too much of a disparity.
I don't feel that duplicate pieces should be a mechanic when trying to gear out a character, some lucky people will get it with 6 bags, others in 60
