Witch Hunter weapons has both Decay ( corpreal damage)on pistol and Concussion (physical damage) on sword meanwhile witch elves has only 1 type of subjugator weapon with Concussion( physical damage) proc. Can elves too please get the DECAY proc weapon in the offhand?
