[WE] Pierce Armor WS Buff Not Proccing

I read the recent months' patch notes but didn't find any notes on this.

Starting with Envenomed Blade & following with Pierce Armor historically procc'd the WS buff, but it is not today.

Was this removed or changed? If changed, what is pre-req not for get the WS buff?

I guess because EB became uncleanseable, it isn't anymore an ailment, so PA doesn't buff WS. On the other hand, you should have plenty other debuffs and dots, to cover this.
