Make /rez emotion clickable to target the person

Currently /rez is nearly useless, people have to ask for a res in wb or zone channels cluttering the chat (not that it's a big problem, and not everyone will switch to using the emote if it gets changed anyway). Some people use this emotion waiting for a res without knowing that the healer can't see their body and can't target them, and get angry for not getting a res. Also since /rez isn't a zone-wide emotion, only healers that are actually close enough to rez would see the message, which will reduce the clutter in zone chat a bit.
I don't know how easy it would be to do this, i'm pretty sure it's at least possible to write an addon accomplishing pretty much the same thing but i feel like it could be a nice addition to the core game, so i write this suggestion.
