About Medallions

I'm currently on a lower rr character, not that any of them are high, but I have higher medallions I can't even break down to get my gear with. I am suggesting the removal of renown rank requirements to buy the medallions and medallion boxes so we can make use of what we've got.

Your rr should be always high enough to break medallions down. You do too little pvp, when you can't break down currency to use pvp sets.
