Can we please seperate T4 SC's

I know this has been brought up a thousands times but there has been no change. Plenty of talk but nothing even ventured. How is it a good idea that a level 31 goes up against level 40 with rr 65 +. Bolster does not compensate enough with the missing skills and gear. Please lets separate the level 40's from the level 31-39's to give us all a chance at winning to increase level and medals. SC's from level 31-39 and not even fun anymore. Makes it tough to want to keep leveling up and playing the game when you enjoy sc's as much as I do and plenty of others.

I mean what is the harm in trying to fix it. Implement something at least. If it doesn't work try something else.

I am experiencing no trouble to rank up with sc at r31+. Currently I am rank 37,5 and I made no pve at all, albeit I am aiming to do epic quests now to get the missing ranks.
R29 sets for all classes are pretty good, so the gear at r31 is not the worst.
I would blame lack of experience and not gear. Obviously you won't have a chance against a good premade, when having a team of pugs but you will have similar trouble at 40.
