Patch Notes 23/07/2019

[General]

- Scalar for morale gain and drains have been fully removed. Please post feedback of this here
- Base morale gain set to 25. This should mean that without any pump or drains M4 should be reached in 144 seconds. This change is an overall increase of morale rate vs week before and a slight nerf to upper gains where morale scalar was maxed. Please post feedback of this here

[Abilities]

- Fixed an issue causing some abilties that proc or trigger damage to critically hit.

- Fixed an issue causing a few abilities to ignore defense check.

Archmage :
- Energy of Vaul's tooltip will now correctly display the fixed heal value and not fixed heal + 50% of base damage.

Shaman :
- Fury of da green's tooltip will now correctly display the fixed heal value and not fixed heal + 50% of base damage.

Witch Hunter :
- Fixed an issue causing Some Cc from Rdps to ignore shroud of magnus buff.

Witch Elf :
- Fixed an issue causing Some Cc from Rdps to ignore Elixir of the cauldron buff

Blackguard :
- Fixed an issue causing Crimson Death to stack with itself with multiple applications

[Campaign]

- When campaign resets and if there is another fort running it will unceremoniously end with no rewards.

[Dungeons]

Bilerot Burrow :
- Ssyrdian Morbidae extra defense buff from last patch have been reverted. Fixed the cauldron mechanics.

Bastion Stair :
- Lord Slaurith circle aura damage boost will be more noticeable if you’re in or out the circle .

[Fortresses]

- During stage 3 player kills also grants contribution now.
- Fortress lords have had their intended mechanics added. This means that each lord is unique (that is there is one mirror for each realm, 3 unique lord mechanics). We will monitor and adjust mechanics as needed.

[Items]

- Fixed an issue with some destruction trophy that were limited to chaos faction only . Note that chaos trophies are still limited to chaos faction
- Fixed an issue causing some bloodlord weapons to incorrectly debuff outgoing healing.
- You can no longer sell items that have an expiration time.
- Engineer and Magus Invader 7 pc bonus is working once again

[NPCs]

- The Slain Bears don't walk around anymore.
- Balaghir Whiteblaze will no longer be uncorrectly spawned at the High Elf Chapter 8

[Quests]

- Set zone references to all non-repeatable quests inside Bastion Stair.
- Fixed some issues with wrong texts on the guild weekly quests.
- Addressed an issue where the full guild group RvR quest did not work if in a warband.
- Hound of the Slendervales: The reward has been set
- An End to the Nightmare: This quest is now available to Order players who succeed in killing Zorethex in The Shadowlands
- Handle With Care: This quest is now available to Destruction players who succeed in killing Acidbile in The Shadowlands
- Arrow of Regret: This quest is now available to Order players who succeed in killing Bloodpaw in Ellyrion
- A Taste of Home: This quest is now available to Destruction players who succeed in killing Charscale in Ellyrion
- The Pride of Ellyrion: This quest line has been corrected
- All That Remains: This quest is now given by the correct NPC, and has been corrected
- Fleetfoot: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Challenging a Champion: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Breaking Through: This quest line has been corrected
- At Peace: This quest line has been corrected and reworked
- A Shadow Over Ellyrion: This quest line is now available at the High Elf Chapter 8 and has been corrected
- The Threat Revealed: This quest line has been corrected and reworked
- Price of Peace: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- A Sign of Both Their Houses: This quest line has been corrected and reworked
- The Glory of Ulthuan: The follow-up of this quest line is now available
- The Library of Lesandria: This quest line has been corrected and reworked

[Tickets]

[14574] "Stay at the cemetary, Odric!"
[14594] Lorvan prevers now caves instead of mountains.
[14473] You can share the mug with your friends.
[14577] Assigned the correct classes to the jewlery
[14555] You can hunt the dragon again
[14545] NPCs will once again count toward the quest
[14603] You can now find Tuffcrusha inside the quest marker
[14600] Ellyrian Prisoners are now targetable
[14613] The PQ is once again completable

thx for the patch but morals are just cheese even a slight increase in gain is not the direction i personally would go.

This morale change pleases me. Should work very well with my AM morale gain gear build.

honestly didnt mind the scalar, moral tactics with out it where good, still i hope the 25 / sec is not too fast as moral gain.

-"Loop warned into oblivion" --> smell like chaosy enought :D
-Nazgul--> ambitious but rubbish, cit Blast :D
-GMs --> dosent matter what they say not, they get offend by colors so watch out plebs! :D

There is no more scalar at all. Totally gone.

So instead splitting zerg between 2 forts you force ppl to zerg and clusterfuck in 1 fort... terrible decision.

Also without victory condition for defenders, invaders will keep opening 2 forts, don't join 1st, zerg 2nd, while defenders in 1st get blocked from join 2nd fort. On top of that now defenders in 1st will not get any rewards when 2nd fort will finish.

This is the 10:th time someone misunderstands what it means. It means that if 2 forts are locked for the same realm and a 3rd one is in progress then it will end unceremoniously. And ONLY then, this is because if we leave it active and defenders win the campaign gets **** up.
