[Feedback] Domination Timer Talabec Dam too sensitive

Was just in a Talabec Damn SC where the domination timer kicked in after one cap with a kill count of 16-8. That is not even close to being "dominated". Essentially handed the enemy a free win.

Would suggest setting the minimum kill count to at lest 30 before starting to worry about the ratio.

I think dom is bugged same thing happened in STC and Serpents after a few kills.

I've noticed Dom kicking in when the team is being dominated to **** (20-0, stuck in WC), so for the most part it has been working v well.

Just had it happen again. Score was 79 - 34 in favor of destro. They had 9 kills to our 4. Dom timer kicked in again and gave them the match.

And Serpent's passage 17-7 kills, one cap for Destro and Dom timer kicks in. Order was still fighting. We were not spawn camped.
