[PVE] Bastion Stair Kill Quests and Influence

I would like clarification on two points;

1. If you are locked out on a boss in Bastion Stair after having killed a boss, are the only player in your group with a lockout, and do not die during the 2nd kill of a boss named on your kill quest, do you get a kill credit for the quest line?

2. If you are locked out on a boss in Bastion Stair after having killed a boss, are the only player in your group with a lockout, and do not die during the 2nd kill of a boss named on your kill quest, do you get an Influence tick for the dungeon?
