[ORvR] Commander status + Warband leader status

Hey all,

First of all, english isn't my native language so excuse me if any sentences are confused or not well written.

I came here to suggest two improvement :

The first one is about a Commander status for dedicated player while in ORvR.

The second is a minor update about the warband leader status in ORvR.

1. Commander status

I think that will can be a very nice improvement in the management of an army in ORvR to put a Commander status in the game. That allow some player that are dedicated to this to easily manage all of the warbands presents on a specific battlefield, that also allow single player or roaming player to easily follow the move and watch what are going on and where in a specific battlefield. That allow the commander to use a specific notification system/chat system to more easily shotcall move to every players / warbands in a specific battlefield. What this status do ? (some functions are optionnal because I know that its an another prod cost)

- That put a Commander icon above the head of the player character in the 3D world, visible by every player of the same faction. This marker allow the Commander to be more easily recognize and followable by any player or warband that are outside of his warband.
- That put a marker shown on the minimap / map in a specific battlefield, to easily recognize where the "army" is and where any players / warbands need to move to follow actions.
- It add a tag in front of the name of the Commander when he/she speak in the chat ([Commander] Chinesehero : Move up to "x" BO !")
- (optionnal) It allow the commander to use a notification system that pop on the screen of every player in the current battlefield, used for example to shotcall a push with a count on a main/inner door, or to change map after a def/attack of keep.
-(optionnal) It allow the commander to start a count that is displayed on screen of every player in this specific battlefield.

How this Commander status is acquired by a player ?

This Commander status is buyable at a specific merchant for X tokens (need to determine which tokens to use, conq ? vanq ? invader ? (I know its painful to farm this but that's the point)) and/or X golds. It can take the form of a usable item in the inventory, this allow you to manage CD and so on on it.

This Commander status is only buyable by player that are at a minimum specific renown rank. Its an important status that need to be handle by players that know the game, know how to manage army, know strats' and so on. Players that have proven their worth in battle.

This Commander status need to be a status that is really desired by a specific player, a status that is semi hard to obtain, to avoid many randoms people to acquire it and use it for no reasons.

How this Commander status works ?

You need to turn this status ON when you enter on a map. It will turn on a buff on your character that will activat all the functions described above.

Use a flight master or be out of a ORvR area for a certain amount of time (ex. 3 min) will turn off the buff, to allow another Commander to turn on the buff.

This allow to avoid edge cases of a buff that turn off on any map change, because there is many map divided in two area, or a buff that is only activated on RvR area because it will turn off/on at each death of the Commander.

2. Warband leader status in ORvR

That is "connected" with the first proposition. Its to put a tag before the pseudo of a warband leader when he talk in the chat, to easily recognize when a warband leader talk, as well as when he talk in the warband chat, to easily recognize a call from the leader, as when he talk in the RvR-Region chat to call his moves like "my wb go postern south".

Its also to suggest to put a minor marker above the head of the character of a warband leader in the 3D world, as well as on the map/minimap, to easily see where a warband is, to easily manage actions on a battlefield. Even if there is already some addons like Enemy which allow to put marker, these ones are instantly here and usable by everyone, more easily comprehensive, and even for players that don't use addons (big boooo).

I know that some exploits are possible with this kind of mecanich, mostly for xrealmers. That allow them to easily whatch where players are but, there is already these informations, just need to check the warbands menu and the chat.

Don't hesitate to give any feedbacks about this, like which tokens, how much, how to improve the status, is this really usefull, is xrealmers just myth or are they real, ...

Macro-like notification system : cool.
Special icon above character : cool.
WB lead tag in chat : cool.
Map icon visible by everyone: easy to take unfair advantage of, so skip that please.
Just one question : would the devs want to do something like that and do they have the right tools?

I just want a "Warband Mutiny Vote" button so you can take leadership when the PUG leader is afk or not listening to pleas to spread out healers.
