bring back ranked solo priority queue

i've been robbed of my queue pop several times because people don't accept, adding the ready check was really nice but this was 1 step forward 2 steps back

If the sc pops and there are not enough players to complete the 6v6, you are automatically "returned to the front of the queue" and Im assuming ahead of all other players that queued after you.

if it still works like that its bugged because i had a 10/12 and then nothing happened, after this a game started without me
