Napalm/Flamebreath Potion Cooldowns

Would be cool if these potions were on seperate cooldowns and not the same to add value back to Flamebreath and make people want to craft and use them again.

Shortly after making this post I realized ALOT of the Flamebreath potions are broken and not usable - Some of them work and give the same cooldown as for Napalm pots.
[3 years on Live = Volkmar > Ironrock > Gorfang > Badlands]
