question about guilds

How to find a suitable one?

What about skills given by guild? Should, for example, pure orc guild be a thing because of such skills (or single class guilds)? But could good wb/party can't be made of single race/class, right? Are alliances supposed to fix the situation of single class guilds?

My current experience with guilds:

I'm relatively new in this game - nearly 1 month, several characters (but no maxed currently).

Once during rvr I was invited in a small one - 70 members total with up to 10 online. Sometimes they called me to join them.

On other char I've tried entering hugest guild (by members). Chaos in guild chat, no one ready to rvr.

A single Race guild that runs single class Groups or Warbands will allways be worse in their synergies than a min-maxed guild.

Some Races are better for that: Like Greenskin (Several moral pumps, Choppa Pulls that don't give immunity) or Empire guilds (classical BW Bomb with 8 of the best tanks and 8 perfect melee Healers.).

I will not start here to whine about IBs being one of the worst RvR Tanks as their Buffs need several attacks to go off. Dwarf Warbands are fun with 8 Slayers, but don't have immediately auras (buffs/debuffs) like a destro Warband with 2 Chosen.

Being it sub optimal the pure Orc or Dwarf guilds still are one of the most dedicated guilds to the game. Made up of players that now they are fighting handicapped, but take up the challenge non the less. And do that here for several years. It is the source of their fun on the server.
Other Players play to win. If they don't win they don't have fun.
