If you intend to play ranked it is usually all you are queueing for. However if you are looking to do standard SCs ranked is most likely not going to be what you are looking for. Seems like it would save headache on both sides for it not to be part of the queue all function. This would also help our queue stats be more realistic and not end up with occasional people not ready for ranked falling in by mistake.
And I know there are addons for this but the issue is more less experienced people who are likely not using addons anyway.
