Shield doks / hybrid sham ranked

Hi, I have a question.
If you queue as shield Dok, which is mostly STR build, you register as "healer".
But if you queue as hybrid shaman, with mork/da green build, and mostly INT build, you register as "dps".

My question is how come it is like that?

Int isn't much of a factor crit (attack) and tactics are

Because mork/da green shaman with int build is nonexistant, Fury of da green doesnt scale with anything, and doesnt follow lifetap rules, so even using divine fury will actually reduce FODG's heal.
Thats why you go full heal renown with willpower gear, mastery spec is the same tho.

I dont think you understood my question let me rephrase it.
How come shield doks, that run the dps build are assigned as "healer", but shaman that run same build assigned as "dps", if I dps in this mork/da green build it will be complete sh*t, same as shield dok.
so what are the factors that counts who gets healer and who gets dps, that what I want to know.
And healing in lifetap as shaman without FODG in small scenario can be pretty good, that's what I want to test but I am not getting assigned as a healer for some reason.

I removed divine fury still getting assigned as dps, only thing left is the crit, but what exactly are the factors then, my healing crit is supposed to be higher and then i am counted as a "healer" role? but Shield doks probably run full dps build with melee crit, so.. it's very confusing.

If you have offensive tactics turned on then it will classify you as dps for ranked (i.e. If you queue with magic crit tactic or divine fury, you will be slotted as dps). This is my understanding, having played shammy for a while.

I removed them both and I'm still being classified as dps so I'm trying to understand what is the problem.

the system cant believe that you dare to queue with a shaman trying to heal and automaticaly asigned you as dps

Was testing out a Burst o’waaaagh build with renown crits and if i recall correctly off crits (tac or renown) stamp you dps.

And +25% damage tac ofc

Int a non factor to my knowledge

cuz melee heal could actually fulfill healing role in healer slot ?

mastery invest is also a factor iirc.
maybe devs think am/sham lifetap is not enough to take healer slot.
