Decreased Log Out Timer in Certain Areas

Hello,

I would like to see the timer for logout in the capital and possibly safe zones (warcamp, chapter camps,...), reduced or either removed. I'm thinking of other MMOs where you teleport to your book of binding and just press logout to change character or immediately log out.
