Smart ideas for better Fortress sieges

The intention of this topis is to offer smart ideas to "improve Forts system to be more fun" (means more fights) with the smallest changes (not hard or impossible work for the developers).

Ideas:

1. Significant renown or currency bonus for the group/player who opens the jail.
This should motivate some defenders to go outside of Lord room on dangerous mission.

2. Fortress Lords shoud not be piece of cake like now. At 75%, 50% and 25%, they should enrage with some powerful AOE attacks, which can actually kills few people there and there.
This should create the windows of oportunity for the (loosing) defenders to fight back.

3. Strong attack from above. There allready is a mechanism that you can (one by one) fly to the top fortress floor and pressure defenders from above. If the attackers controll the top (capture a flag, pull lever, anything), imagine that warband leaders can from that point bring the whole warband there at once.
This should create strong pressure on the defenders inside Lord room.
