It was the coolest backpiece in the game and the new cloak doesn't even begin to compare.

it will be avail again, from new contents i guess.

The appearances needs to come back for Triumphant/Victorious for at least one of the classes. The sets are way too expensive to not have a unique appearance. If anything they should have taken this opportunity to move some pieces around to make the sets have a unique appearance ahead of the eventual Ranked Season 2.
