I think all or at least most noticed differences between flymasters on different maps, which are most noticeable between factions.
E.g. Kadrin Valley destro vs order
I decided to take pictures showing the maximum distance between the character and the flymaster in order to open the travel map.

Analyzing the photos, you can see deviations in the location of the flymaster and the object pointer below character feet.
My suggestion is to unify the distance to flymasters at least in the main T4 nine RvR Warcamp T4.
