[RvR][Tier 1] Lockout Timer

Hello everyone,

i would be glad to see that the lockout timer for T1 Bracket would be removed .

Why?
  • Support new players by giving them the opportunity to checkout all classes without waiting
  • Help people tryout all classes of each realm
  • It can help people who got bored of their T2-T4 stalmate to enjoy the easiness of T1.
In such i would love to see the Lockout Timer not be applied to Charactes below lvl 16.
