Devour Essence

Does anybody use this? Maybe I just haven't found the right situation.

I've tried this ability out and it's interesting, but I would almost never use this over Blood of My Blood to heal others and it comes at the same SE cost. It would be nice if this could be channeled during sieges for frontline tanks, WE attacking oil, or used to keep oneself alive briefly when surrounded but compared to other abilities it just doesn't return enough healing to be helpful. Tweaking any of the numbers upwards would be nice. Higher heal percent would be great and would help a surrounded DoK stay up a bit longer when surrounded. More damage would mean more heals but would be the least useful really. Allowing more targets to be hit would make this useful for healing melee in the thick of it and wouldn't increase the DoK's survivability as much in small scale (More targets implying more incoming damage). Give me a reason to spend this point and burn that SE.

it doesn't need tweaking, the devs have done enough to ruin DoK already

It used to hit pretty hard and heal pretty hard, like 600-700 crits aoe dmg. First dmg nerfed, then heals nerfed and now it can also be shattered.
