Was there a server wipe/Is there more than one server?

I played RoR probably a year and a half ago...maybe 2 years ago? I honestly can't remember the specifics. Anyway, I was feeling a little bored recently and decided to re-download it. My Rune Priest that I was playing before is gone. I was curious, do they delete inactive characters or was there a server wipe at some point? Or is there a different server? I only see one server, and it's an EU server.

We do not delete the characters. You may have lost your characters' names at most or most likely are logging in with the wrong account name.

You could be logging to the RoR client with your forum account instead of your game account. If that's not the case and all of your characters are still there, except of the mentioned Rune Priest, then you may have deleted it before taking a break 2 years ago?
