Fort reservation spot account wide

Hello,

i have a idea to make fort reservation accout wide.

I was plying dps and got spot for fort but our faction was lacking tanks hard. So i decided to relog and support our faction in fort as tank but then i stucked in queue.

This kind of change would be really helpful to prepare fort fights and not punish ppl who want to help others
