Weapons for Runepriests

Hello, I have a cr 40 rr 59 RP, I still have a staff I got from a Rally Master and I only really play RvR. What kind of emdgame weapons can I get, where/how? I couldn't find it anywhere, please help :)

Sc weapon or fortress. They are kinda similar.
Sc got reduction of being crit and ap reg
Fortress more heal crit and wounds
Mostly harmless
