Slayer renown choices

There are plenty of good, cookie cutter, ability builds for Slayers but I can't seem to find a consensus for renown points. What would be the "cookie cutter" renown choices for a slayer?

FS 4 melee crit 3 rest parry, its a safe build not max dps.

Futile Strikes, it reduces your chance to be critically hit.
