Unification of statistics.
Hello with the Ability system rewrite and the idea of unification of haw Armor Penetration works, I would also propose to unify other statistics:
- First one would be strike threw, I don’t believe we need different types of it, magic, range, parry, block why can’t it be just strike threw? It would simplify the gearing aspect, and balance the disproportion between dual wield and 2h weapons.
- Second one would be self-healing tactics like: Slayers Taking chances, Choppas Longer and Stronger, WL Focus Mending and SH Da Smell don’t Bother Me should just provide Regen Statistic, OR the regen statistic should just be converted to perma Hot or Heal buff.

I believe that exactly NOW is a perfect moment to introduce, new ideas. Since devs are already deep into skills and stats. Butt...
1. Armor pen wasn't really changed, just a handful of abilities move from multiplicative to additive, making the value you get more clear and easier to balance.
Most of them was moved from 25% mult. to 15% add. which means if you have less than 60% arm pen from other sources, you are now better off.
2. Well for one it's more interesting. You could simplify all down to three stats; increase dmg, reduce dmg and HP.
Having them split out helps ease balance, as if WLs become the most dangerous, you will stack parry and WL will stack anti-parry, then the RDPS will face less disrupt/dodge.
3. Regen vs healing is fairly simple as is, regen is from gear+renown shown on the regen stat, healing is everything else (abilities, tactics, morales).
If you add regen to small duration self target heal tactics/abilities, you no longer see them in log and if you add it to the log, you now get spammed with useless regen ticks every 4 secs (poor healers).
And in the end this is only relevant to the small subset of solo regen tanks

Add weapon dps to heal spells and for magic dps users. That was planned initially for war but thanks to bw was put down
