Racial tactics as innate.
Hi. I've always thought it would be cool if the racial tactics were innate on all classes. I'm not saying all racial tactics at the moment are "balanced" (I'm not sure they have to be). However, when I think of "racials" I think of something you don't have to choose and get free. It would be neat if at some point in the future all racial tactics were granted at say level 16 or something. Maybe even to fill the vacant tome tactic slot.
